- Entry Dates: Entries into the Instant Win Game may be made during the period commencing on December 29, 2013 at 12:01:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PDT) and ending on January 15, 2014
- Eligibility: The Kroger Co. ("Kroger") "Win Your List" Program (or "Promotion") is offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States (except FL, NY and RI) and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at time of participation. Employees of The Kroger Co., Procter and Gamble and You Technology Brands Services, Inc. ("Game Administrator"), and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies (including each of the Stores listed in Rule 3), advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or household members (whether or not related) are not eligible. Groups, clubs, organizations, commercial entities, and businesses are not eligible to participate. The Game is void in FL, NY and RI and where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
