1. Search the app store and download the Blippar app. Android or iTunes.
2. Open the app and skip the sign in. Use the app to scan the photo above of the Tootsie Roll wrapper. Hold steady and give it a few seconds. If you don't have another screen to pull up the photo on then find a real wrapper that you have and scan that, it will work as well.
3. The Tootise Pop game will show up. Play the game. You must get a score of 300 in order to get the free pop. Tip: don't try aiming at each star. Just point the arrow a little to the right and a little to the left and shoot away. Good Luck!
4. Once you get 300 points you click after the game is over and enter your info. You can do this 5 times, for a maximum of 5 free pops per household.
