One (1) First Prize: First Prize winner will receive an authentic Battle Axe prop from the “Warcraft” film (as selected by applicable Prize Partner) and a signed “Warcraft” film poster (cast or crew member(s) selected by applicable Prize Partner), ARV: $599. Potential winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if winner is a Minor) must claim this prize by June 17, 2016, and completed Prize Claim Documents (defined below) must be received by Sponsor by June 24, 2016. Once verified as a winner, the prize will be shipped to the winner at the address provided in the prize claim information in approximately four (4) weeks.
One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a hometown screening of the “Warcraft” film (PG-13) for winner and up to 40 guests, transportation for winner and guests from one departure destination to Sponsor-selected theater in or near winner’s home town and return to the same departure destination, up to a $43.50 per person including a theater ticket ($13.50) and concession allowance ($30) (any unused portion of the theater allowance will not be awarded). Winner will be responsible for any concession or other charges incurred with theater by winner/guests in excess of the allowance. Grand Prize also includes a check for approximately thirty percent (30%) of actual prize value for winner to use towards any taxes. (Sponsor does not guarantee that the check will be sufficient to cover winner’s tax liability related to his/her acceptance of the Grand Prize.) Prize event must occur on a Monday through Thursday only by June 30, 2016, on a Sponsor-approved date/time, based on availability. If winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence (a “Minor”), the prize must be claimed by his/her parent/legal guardian. Grand Prize must be claimed by June 10, 2016, Prize Claim Documents (defined below) must be completed as directed and received by Administrator by June 14, 2016, and the Administrator will work with the winner to schedule the event, which must occur by June 30, 2016. No Released Party will be liable for any missed opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of a ground transportation delay. Tickets may not be transferred or sold and are subject to the additional conditions/restrictions imposed by their issuer as specified thereon. Receipt of the prize is subject to verification. If any guest of winner is a Minor, guest must be winner’s child or legal ward or at least one of the Minor guest’s parents or legal guardians must also be attending the prize screening as another guest of winner. The winner (and each guest) agrees to maintain their respective behavior in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any prize-related activity. Grand Prize winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if winner is a Minor) understands and agrees that Sponsor or the applicable Prize Partner has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove a prize winner and/or any guest from the event at any time if that winner or guest’s behavior at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Sponsor or the Prize Partner, or otherwise violates the policies of the Sponsor or Prize Partner. The prize winner is solely responsible for the behavior of winner’s guests. The maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is: $3,915; however the actual value of the prize will be determined by the number of attendees and tax allowance.
