- FIRST PRIZE: Fifty (50) First Prize winners will be awarded one (1) one hundred dollar ($100.00) Jim Beam or Maker’s Mark online store gift certificate. Total ARV for each First Prize is one hundred dollars ($100.00), total ARV for all First Prizes is five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).
- GRAND PRIZE: Five (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded consisting of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest (each of whom must be 21 years of age or older) to Louisville, KY. Trip includes round-trip, business class air transportation for winner and guest from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Louisville, KY, one (1) double-occupancy hotel room for two (2) nights at hotel, to be determined by Sponsor, in Louisville, KY, ground transportation between airport and hotel upon arrival and departure and from hotel to Jim Beam Distillery, tour for two (2) of the Jim Beam Distillery and the Maker’s Mark Distillery. Travel dates and dates for distillery trip visits to be solely determined by Sponsor. If winner resides within two-hundred (200) miles of Louisville, KY, a rental car will be provided (subject to all terms, conditions and policies of the rental agency) in lieu of air transportation. The difference in value will not be awarded. THE GRAND PRIZE MUST BE FULFILLED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 31, 2016. IF WINNER IS UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE PRIZE WITHIN THE TIMELINE SPECIFIED, THE WINNER SHALL FORFEIT THE PRIZE IN ITS ENTIRETY AND AN ALTERNATE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED, TIME PERMITTING, BASED ON THE CRITERIA DESCRIBED ABOVE IN RULE 6. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of each Grand Prize is seven thousand four hundred dollars ($7,400.00), total ARV for all Grand Prizes is thirty seven thousand dollars ($37,000.00).
