PRIZES AND DRAWINGS:Grand Prize. On or around the drawing date set forth in the chart below (the “Drawing Date”), subject to confirmation of eligibility, one (1) winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone, email or text message. Grand Prize Winner will be awarded one (1) prize package consisting of the following (collectively, the “Grand Prize”): (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Jamaica from the international airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home address; (ii) roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to/from the airport in Jamaica to the hotel resort on the dates of arrival and departure; (iii) four (4) days, three (3) nights all-inclusive hotel stay (standard room, double occupancy) in Jamaica at a hotel determined solely by Sponsor; (iv) one (1) activity for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, the details of which will be provided by Sponsor upon arrival; and (v) access to an exclusive VIP lounge at the hotel resort for Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the designated hotel, “all-inclusive” shall mean a hotel that includes meals and non-alcoholic beverages. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,600.00. The total ARV for all Grand Prizes is $3,600.00. The odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Dates of travel will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Transportation companies (airline, limo, or ground transportation service) will be arranged and selected solely by Sponsor. Second Prize. On or around the Drawing Dates detailed in the chart below, one (1) winner (each a “Second Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for each applicable Entry Period (Week 1 – Week 10; excluding the “Grand Prize” Entry Period) for a total of ten (10) Second Prize Winners Each Secondary Prize Winner will be awarded one prize consisting of the following (“Second Prize”): (1) premium travel carry-on bag. The ARV of the Second Prize is $175.00. The total ARV of all Second Prizes is $1,750.00. Third Prize. On or around the Drawing Dates detailed in the chart below, ten (10) winners (each a “Third Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for each applicable Entry Period (Week 1 – Week 10; excluding the “Grand Prize” Entry Period) for a total of one hundred (100) Third Prize Winners. Each Third Prize Winner will be awarded one (1) prize consisting of the following (“Third Prize”): one (1) beach mat bag.
