PRIZES: A. Three (3) Winners will each receive: One (1) five-day/four-night trip for the Winner and one (1) guest (guest must be over 18 years old) to the 2018 Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago, Illinois (scheduled for August 2-5, 2018) ("Lollapalooza"), with a total approximate market value ("ARV") of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000US) per prize. Each prize will include: (i) Round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Winner's residence to, in Sponsor's discretion, a Chicago-area airport for the Winners and one (1) guest (If the Grand Prize Winners resides within 250 miles of Chicago, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value); (ii) One (1) hotel room, double occupancy, at a Chicago-area hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its discretion, for four (4) nights, for Winners and one guest; (iii) Two (2) tickets to Lollapalooza. Tickets are non-transferable and for personal, non-commercial use only. Winners and guests must comply with all rules and regulations of Lollapalooza and Sponsor. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($9,000 US).
