PHOTO GUIDELINES FOR POSTING TO THE GALLERY The Ins and Outs of Posting to the Gallery: In: Stay on topic and only post photos that you have taken. By submitting, you assign and transfer all rights, titles and interest, including copyrights. Out: Photos referencing tobacco products or usage. Photos containing identifiable people, including yourself, or any personally identifiable information. Photos containing profanity, pornography, weapons, violence, hateful content or otherwise inappropriate content. Photos that have been uploaded to social media sites or other third-party websites. Photos that include any visible brand names or trademarks (including those owned by the Presenter), logos or copyrighted materials owned by others.
Entry Dates: starts 7/14/14 and ends on 11:59:59 pm on 9/7/14
Entry Limit: one entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry; if more than one entry is received, only the first entry received for that Daily Entry Period will be considered valid.. Each daily entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET (start of day) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET except for the first day of the promotion which begins on or about 3:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Entries received during each Daily Entry Period will only be eligible for the corresponding Daily Entry Period’s drawing.
Fifty-Six (56) Grand Prizes (one per day): Each winner will receive a check in the amount of $500.00.
