What is the MasterCard "Here's to Moms" Spend & Get Offer?
This offer is for MasterCard cardholders who enroll for the program then spend $200 online with their registered MasterCard card from November 15 through December 31, 2011, and then are eligible to will receive a $20 MasterCard gift card, provided that they comply with the Terms & Conditions for the program at www.mastercard.com/holiday.
Who is eligible to participate?
The offer is only open to MasterCard cardholders who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of November 15, 2011. Employees of MasterCard International Incorporated and its affiliates are not eligible to participate. Other restrictions apply. When is the Offer Period?
The offer begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on November 15, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2011.
How do I enroll in the Offer?
Visit www.mastercard.com/holiday during the Offer Period, and fully complete and submit the Registration Form according to the instructions provided, including your MasterCard account number and valid email address.
After I enroll, what purchases on my MasterCard card qualify for an Offer Gift? How much do I have to spend to get an Offer Gift?
MasterCard card purchases made online during the Offer Period qualify toward the Offer Gift. Entrants must spend $200 or more to qualify – this $200 spend can be made within one or cumulative purchases online.
Account adjustment transactions/returns, offline, PIN-based and international transactions, late payment fees, over-limit or over-draft fees, return check fees, check re-order fees, cash advances, ATM fees, annual fees, balance transfers and/or other fees assessed on your account are ineligible toward $200 qualifying Offer spend threshold. After I enroll, will all online purchases I have made using my MasterCard card from the beginning of the Offer Period qualify?
Only online MasterCard card purchases made after you enroll will qualify for this Offer. Purchases will not be retroactively tracked back to the start of the Offer Period.
If I enroll and spend $200 online with my MasterCard card more than once, can I receive additional Offer Gifts?
No. There is a limit of (1) Gift per person, email address or per MasterCard card account number, as applicable, for the duration of the Offer Period. Additional online purchase transactions in excess of first $200 threshold will not qualify for additional Offer Gifts.
What is the Offer Gift? What are the 'other gifts' that are mentioned?
The Offer Gifts are (1) a $20 MasterCard gift card. MasterCard gift card restrictions may apply – please view the gift card enclosure for complete details.
(2) If the (80,000) Offer Gift threshold is met before the 12/31/11 Offer End Date, Sponsor will award the next (10,000) eligible recipients a 1-year subscription to a magazine title to be designated by Sponsor. If the (80,000) Offer Gift threshold is not hit, these other gifts will not be awarded.
How will my Offer Gift be sent? How long does it take?
Offer Gift redemption instructions will be emailed to eligible recipients within approximately (1) week following $200 MasterCard online purchase threshold completion. The email will contain a link to the Redemption Form where you must provide your complete Gift shipping address and other relevant details, including your registered email address. MasterCard gift card recipients should allow (1)–(2) weeks following submission of the Redemption Form to receive your gift card via USPS First Class mail. Magazine subscriptions will be mailed to eligible recipients beginning with the 2/2012 issue of the magazine and concluding after (12) issues.
How many Offer Gifts are being awarded?
Gift quantities are limited. There will be a maximum of (80,000) Offer Gifts awarded to the first (80,000) qualifying MasterCard cardholders who register, make qualifying transaction(s) toward Offer spend threshold, and complete the Redemption Form.
There will be a maximum total of (10,000) magazine subscriptions mailed to eligible recipients in the event the (80,000) Offer Gift threshold is met before 12/31/11.
I enrolled for the Offer and spent $200 on my MasterCard card online during the Offer Period but did not receive a redemption email – what can I do?
