Entry Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Original Entry per person into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry. This limitation does not apply to any Bonus Entries. Limitation on Bonus Entries is addressed in Section 5 herein. There is a limit of one (1) Original Entry per person into the Instant Win Prize. Entry Dates: The Sweepstakes commences at 12:01 AM CT on October 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on October 30, 2013
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to persons legally residing and physically located within one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age. Entrants who are 18 but have not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside ("Minors") must obtain parental or legal guardian consent to be eligible to enter Sweepstakes. How To Enter: There are three (3) methods of entry, each an ("Original Entry").

Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. Entrant will need to have a valid Facebook, Foursquare, Instagram or Twitter account, as applicable, in order to enter via this method of entry. Entrant can open any of these accounts for free by registering online with the applicable social media site selected for Sweepstakes entry. Entrants must be in compliance with Facebook's,Foursquare's, Instagram's or Twitter's Terms and Conditions as applicable.Entrant will be notified automatically on screen if they have won an Instant Win Prize (hereinafter defined). The Instant Win Prize will be sent to entrant via the email address entrant provided at time of entry. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. Entrant will need to have a valid Facebook account in order to enter via this method of entry. Entrant must accept the Smartify application and sign into the Instant Win Sweepstakes via Facebook, Foursquare, Instagram or Twitter, or create an account.
