Official Rules: Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry via this method (i.e. “base” entry) per person/e-mail address/Facebook account per day + bonus entries for sharing. Void in AK, HI, Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 2/21/14 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 5/23/14
Prizes, Approximate Retail Values ("ARV") and Odds of Winning:
Sweepstakes Period #1 - #11 Prizes (44 total winners, 4 winners per Sweepstakes Period): Each winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests to a SeaWorld park of his/her choosing (i.e., SeaWorld Orlando, SeaWorld San Antonio or SeaWorld San Diego) (“Trip”).
Sweepstakes Period #12 - #13 Prizes (6 total winners, 3 winners per Sweepstakes Period): Each winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests to a SeaWorld park of his/her choosing.
Trip consists of round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guest(s) to city of Sponsor’s choosing closest to SeaWorld park, from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 2-night hotel accommodations (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsor’s choice and two days park admission for four (4), to be used on and around date of trip to SeaWorld Park.
Approximate Retail Value of each prize: $3,200.00.
If winner does not have three (3) guests accompany him/her on the trip, the prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for the total number of travelers; and, in such event, no substitute prize or additional compensation will be awarded to winner.
Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure, destination selected by Sponsor and dates of travel. Accommodations and travel are for up to four (4) persons sharing one (1) accommodation. Trip is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the valid date. If winner lives within one hundred fifty (150) miles of the chosen SeaWorld Park (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion) he/she will receive, in lieu of air transportation, round-trip ground transportation between winner’s residence and hotel. If actual value of trip is less than $3,200.00, winner will not receive the difference in cash or in the form of any other compensation.
Once travel is booked, travel dates cannot be changed unless by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to meals/beverages, tips, taxes, ground transportation and hotel incidentals. Winner and guest(s) must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination and return date or prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses, damages, claims or losses incurred as a consequence of canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including flight cancellation/delay and park schedules). Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as photo identification. Winner and his/her guest(s) are solely responsible for any documentation and requirements and determining applicable procedures and restrictions. In addition, the Winner may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Winner and guests must provide own transportation to and from departure airport. Winner and guest(s) will not receive any frequent flyer miles, award points or “perks” in conjunction with prize travel.
Winners must take their trip by December 31st, 2014. Winners must book travel at least forty-five (45) days prior to intended travel date.
