To get your Buffalo Wild Wings Cards you need to mail them at the address below and include your name, street address (no PO Boxes), age, daytime telephone number. You also need to include a Self Addressed Stamped envelope so they can send you back the gift card (Vermont residents may omit return postage). You can get 4 per address, but you must send 4 separate envelopes. Once you get the cards back you can just head to Buffalo Wild wings to find out how much you got! Most people will get a $5 card but you could also get $15, $25 and $100 card. Void in FL, NY, RI.  Limit four (4) Coupons per person, per household, per address during the Distribution Period, regardless of method of participation. (*For clarity, this means 4 per household, regardless of the number of residents. Any requests beyond 4 will not be honored). The gift cards they send you are valid until February 28, 2017

1. Prepare two envelopes with postage. On one of them write your OWN name and address. Put a stamp on there.  This is the envelope they are going to use to send you back your gift cards. Void in FL, NY, RI.
