Entry Limit: one entry per day
Entry Dates: February 11, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on June 2, 2015
Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for winner and one guest to Miami, Florida. Prize includes: Two (2) first class, round-trip air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner’s residence to a Miami, Florida area airport. Flights must coincide with hotel stay (7-nights maximum). First class will be provided only if the flight is a 2-class flight and it is subject to availability. If prize winner’s residence is located within 200 miles of Miami, FL, Sponsor will provide ground transportation for winner and his/her guests in lieu of round-trip first class air transportation. Luxury car rental in Miami, FL. Duration of rental car will depend on vehicle selection. Luxury hotel suite accommodations (double-occupancy) for six (6) nights. Daily breakfast at hotel included. A guided tour of Miami, Florida and two (2) passes to a Miami event. Event to be determined by Sponsor at a later date (based on winner’s travel dates), in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Exact event is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Shopping for two (2) hours with a personal shopper and $1,000 awarded in a form selected at the discretion of the Sponsor. The full value must be used on location at the time of the shopping experience. Any unused funds will remain un-awarded. Winner also receives a makeover to include a one (1) haircut and style; one (1) hair-color application; and one (1) makeup application. Other salon services of equal or lesser value are permitted. Guest receives one (1) haircut and style. Specific results not guaranteed. Five (5) meals (lunch and/or dinner) for two (2) at Sponsor-selected Miami, Florida area restaurants awarded in a form selected at the discretion of the Sponsor. Total of all meals is not to exceed $2,000. Dates, times, and restaurants shall be determined by Sponsor at a later date, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Individual restaurant dress code(s) may apply and would be required. Reservation assistance will be provided but not guaranteed. Admission for two (2) at a top Miami nightclub. Specific nightclub and experience not guaranteed. Will include front-of-line access and table service at the Miami nightclub. Dress code may apply. One (1) private yacht excursion for winner and guest. Lunch included. Exact boat at discretion of Sponsor. Route and locations may be requested and discussed but at the sole discretion of Sponsor and captain. Date/time are fully weather dependent. If scheduled excursion cannot happen because of a weather event, best efforts will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, no additional compensation will be provided. Two (2) personal watercrafts will be provided for two (2) hours during the excursion. $20,000 awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer, payable to Grand Prize winner. ARV: up to $64,500
Ten (10) Entry Period 1 First Prizes: two (2) round-trip, economy-class airline tickets to/from anywhere in the 50 United States. Maximum stay for round-trip trip tickets will be dependent on the ticketing airline’s policies. ARV: Up to $3,000
Ten (10) Entry Period 2 First Prizes: an eight (8) hour garage-to-garage booking of a limousine to travel “as directed” by winner. The provided limousine shall seat a minimum of six (6) persons. One pick-up and drop-off address will be required to begin and end the evening. No add-on or additional time will be allowed. General transportation safety requirements will apply. Driver may cease operation if either driver or passenger safety is at risk. Alcohol and other refreshments/amenities are not included. Passengers must adhere to all instructions of the driver at all times, including any food and beverage restrictions, seating and safety policies. If at any time the driver feels like his/her instructions are not being followed, the ride will be terminated with no additional compensation. ARV: Up to $2,600

Twenty (20) Entry Period 8 First Prizes: $300 experience-service provider gift card which can be used towards the purchase of a “lifestyle” experience.
