If there is not an Express store within 100 miles of the winner’s residence or the winner cannot attend the VIP shopping experience between October 9, 2015 and October 11, 2015, the winner will receive the remaining components of the prize, which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to the winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded.
