Prize Details/Approximate Retail Value ("ARV")Odds/: There will be nine (9) Grand Prizes awarded to nine (9) verified winners (the "Grand Prize Winners" ) in a random drawing held on or about December 8, 2015 by random selection from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Grand Prize consists of a selection of Lindt products in a red holiday sack having an ARV of $500.
How to Receive Grand Prize: There are two methods for Grand Prize Winners to receive their Grand Prizes: (1) In Store: From December 8, 2015 through December 24, 2015 (the "Prize Fulfillment Period"), verified Grand Prize Winners may claim their Grand Prize by visiting their nearest Lindt Chocolate Store during normal business hours and filling a red holiday sack with Lindt products up to an amount of $500. Grand Prize Winners collecting their Grand Prize via this method must receive the entirety of their Grand Prize during one (1) Store visit during the Prize Fulfillment Period. Multiple Store visits to receive a Grand Prize are not permitted. No cash, cash equivalents, store credits, substitutions or the like will be issued to Grand Prize Winners who elect to fill their sack with chocolates in an amount less than $500. Any unused amounts will be forfeited. (2) Shipped: Grand Prize Winners who are unable to visit a Store during the Prize Fulfilment Period can elect to have their Grand Prizes shipped to them. The selection of chocolates in shipped Grand Prizes shall consist of: Twelve (12) 75-count bags of Lindor truffles in a variety of flavors, One (1) Hello Pretzel Bites, One (1) Hello Toffee Bites, One (1) Milk Chocolate Covered Almonds, One (1) Milk Chocolate Covered Hazelnuts, One (1) Milk Chocolate Raisins, One (1) 40-piece Creations Gift Box, One (1) Connoisseurs Collections Gift Box, One (1) Classic Chocolate Brownie Mix and One (1) White Coconut Brownie Mix, having an ARV of $500. Given high seasonal shipping volumes, Sponsor does not guarantee Grand Prize delivery by the holidays. Please allow [ 2-3 ] weeks for delivery. Grand Prize Winners will be required to notify Sponsor during the Winner Verification procedure described in Rule 6 as to their chosen prize claim method.
