• SECOND PRIZE (2,000): The two-thousand (2,000) randomly selected Second Prize Winners shall receive one (1) CMT Prize Pack, consisting of one (1) CMT Music Award swag item (hat, t-shirt, etc., to be determined by Sponsor), one (1) CMT & Bar-S co-branded Block Party Poster, and one (1) $50 Visa gift card. The total ARV of each Second Prize is $70.
• FIRST PRIZE (2): The two (2) randomly selected First Prize Winners shall each receive the following elements that collectively make up the "First Prize": (i) One (1) Backyard BBQ party (total ARV $2,000 per Backyard BBQ party) (ii) One (1) live musical performance at the Backyard BBQ party from one of the emerging artist musicians who performed at the Bar-S Block Party leading up to the 2017 CMT Music Awards (One artist per Backyard BBQ party) The relevant emerging artist musician will travel to each First Prize Winner's location at Sponsor's expense and perform a set for each First Prize Winner's Backyard BBQ party surrounded by friends and family (guests) chosen by each First Prize Winner (up to a maximum 50 guests). Each First Prize Winner and guests at the Backyard BBQ party may be filmed, photographed, and interviewed (the "Backyard BBQ Experience"). The Backyard BBQ Experience may be used by Sponsor, Bar-S, and their respective designees for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes, worldwide, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, including but not limited to television, the World Wide Web/Internet including Sponsor's and/or Bar-S's social media platforms and sites, without notice, review, or approval and without additional compensation. Total ARV of each First Prize is $2,000. In no event will Sponsor expend more than $2,000 on all elements of the First Prize. All First Prize details not specified will be determined in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.
• GRAND PRIZE (1): The randomly selected Grand Prize Winner shall receive the following elements that collectively make up the "Grand Prize": (i) Two (2) tickets (ticket type/level shall be of Sponsor's sole choosing, with a total ARV of $200) to the Event (as defined below); (ii) Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00) spending money in the form of a check (such check to be issued in the name of the parent/legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner if the Grand Prize Winner is a Qualifying Minor) that may or may not be used to purchase travel and hotel accommodations for the Event. In addition to attending the 2018 CMT Music Awards on or about June 6, 2018, in Nashville, Tennessee (subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion) (the "Event"), the Grand Prize Winner and guest may be filmed, photographed, and interviewed (the "Grand Prize Experience").
