• PRIZES: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE ("Grand Prize"): A four (4) day/three (3) night trip for Grand Prize winner ("Grand Winner") and three (3) guests (the "Guests," and together with the Grand Winner, the "Group") to the Los Angeles, CA area ("City"), on Sponsor-selected dates consisting of the following elements for the Group ("Trip"): [1] hotel accommodations at a Sponsor-selected hotel (exact location of hotel determined by Sponsor) (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for three (3) nights; [2] for Winner only, a hair and make-up, wardrobe and photo session at a location in Los Angeles (chosen by Sponsor); [3] a tour of the Disney Studios lot; [4] a visit to a Sponsor-selected Disney Channel show or shoot (pending production schedules), [5] a visit to the Radio Disney Studio with a potential to do a shout out to Winner's friends and family on air or being able to introduce a song (specifics are at Sponsor's sole discretion); [6] up to four (4) 1-Day Disneyland® Resort/California Adventure Park Hopper® tickets (subject to restrictions); [7] services of a VIP tour guide for up to seven (7) hours (subject to resort operating hours); [8] transfers between hotel and various locations that are part of the Prize fulfillment including Disneyland® Resort; [9] if Grand Winner's residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Grand Winner's residence ("Airport of Origin") and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; If the Grand Prize is awarded to a non-resident of California, the Grand Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of $474, which cash amount will be withheld to defray his/her payment of taxes payable as a result of winning the Grand Prize.
