Prize (8): Each winner will receive a “Kelly Slater’s Surf Ranch” experience that consists of double-occupancy hotel accommodations for winner and one (1) guest in Lenmore, California (check-in on June 24, 2019 and check-out on June 26, 2019). Winner (only) will also receive the opportunity to participate in surfing activities at Kelly Slater’s Surf Ranch on June 25, 2019 (“Event”); transportation to/from hotel to Kelly Slater’s Surf Ranch; one (1) $300.00 pre-paid debit card; one (1) autographed surf board; and, one (1) Golden Road swag bag (contents to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Winner and his/her one (1) guest must be able to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected (time permitting). Event date is subject to change. Accommodations are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to availability and change. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Pre-paid debit card is subject to the terms and conditions as stated on the pre-paid debit card. For autographed prize: Sponsor neither warrants nor represents that prize can be sold or traded for the stated value; actual value depends on market conditions which fluctuate. Autographs have no cash value. Ground transportation (other than stated above), meals, gratuities, trip cancellation insurance, personal purchases and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $935.00. If winner cannot accept prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Total ARV of all prizes is $7,480.00. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
