Second Prizes (100): Each second prize is a $100 Subway® Gift Card
First Prizes (84): Each first prize is two (2) tickets to a KIDZ BOP® performance selected by the
entrant using the drop-down menu at registration, select KIDZ BOP ® merchandise (contents to
be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), and a $25 Subway® Gift Card (“First Prize”). A

Grand Prize (1): The grand prize is a trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests (see below for
additional guest requirements) to KIDZ BOP® Live at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley
Park, Illinois on August 25, 2019 (“Event”, collectively “Grand Prize”). Winner’s guests may
include up to one (1) guest who is eighteen (18) years of age or older and up to two (2)
guests who are between the ages of six (6) – twelve (12) years old and the child/ward of
winner or adult guest (subject to Sponsor’s discretion). Trip includes round-trip coach class
air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to Chicago, IL for
winner and guests; two (2) nights / three (3) days hotel standard accommodations (two [2]
rooms/double occupancy); a $200 pre-paid cash card; participation in KIDZ BOP ® dance
workshop for the two (2) child guests (between six [6]- twelve [12] years of age only) (if winner’s
guests are not between six [6] and twelve [12] years of age, the workshop portion of the
Grand Prize will be forfeited due to the workshop age requirements and no additional
compensation will be provided for the workshop value)
