Prize six (6): A trip for winner and one (1) guest in Hollywood, Florida. Travel Dates: September 13, 2019 – September 15, 2019. Trip consists of round-trip air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights, a “Shark Dive Experience” for winner and his/her one (1) guest, one (1) prize Code redeemable for $100.00 of Uber credit and one (1) $500.00 pre-paid card that can be used for meals or travel expenses. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is up to: $2,000.00. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure. If winner resides within two-hundred (200) miles of Hollywood, Florida, a $200.00 pre-paid card will be awarded in lieu of airfare. Winner and his/her one (1) guest must be able to travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected (time permitting). Winner and his/her one (1) guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including a driver’s license) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Travel and accommodations are at the Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability and change. In order to claim prize, additional waivers and/or releases of liability required by Florida Shark Diving may be required as applicable. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Any difference 252414.2 between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
