- PRIZES – Weekly Prizes (100). Each Weekly Prize shall consist of a “SpongeBob SquarePants” and Entenmann’s co-branded party box composed of the following items: (i) two (2) Entenmann’s coupons which can each be redeemed, subject to the terms and restrictions of the coupon issuer, at a retail location in the Eligibility Area which carries Entenmann’s products for Five Dollars ($5.00) off Entenmann’s Little Bites (subject to availability). (ii) a “SpongeBob SquarePants” branded party kit including paper lunch plates (8), paper dessert plates (8), napkins (16), table centerpiece (1), balloons (6), favor cups (8), pencils (12), and a party favor pack (1); (iii) one (1) Entenmann’s branded lunch bag; and, (iv) one Entenmann’s branded (1) pencil case. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize is $100.44, the total number of Weekly Prizes to be awarded in each Weekly Sweepstakes and corresponding total ARV are set forth in the chart below. The total ARV for all Weekly Prizes is $10,044.00.
- Grand Prize (1). One grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be awarded in the Grand Prize Sweepstakes and shall consist of a trip package for the Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”, collectively the “Guests”). Any Guest who has not reached the age of majority in their state of residence must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian and any minor Guest must be twelve (12) years old or younger at time of Grand Prize fulfillment. The Grand Prize shall consist of the following elements: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the Dominican Republic; (ii) four (4) nights/five (5) days standard hotel accommodations at the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (or similar standard hotel at Sponsor’s sole determination, one [1] pad suite, quad occupancy, all meals [excluding dining at on-site restaurant, Kitchen 23], drinks, gratuities, room tax, non-motorized water sports and entertainment) (“Hotel”); (iii) round trip ground transportation to/from airport & Grand Prize Winner’s residence and airport & Hotel; and, (iv) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in spending money for the Grand Prize Winner in the form of a check made out to Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize ARV is $12,000.00.
