Free Nintendo Switch Joycon Repair or Refund To Fix "Drift" Issues. Joycons have an issue where some controllers are moving things on the screen on their own without you touching them. In the past they would charge $40 to repair this but now these repairs are free. If you paid the $40 in the past you can also get a refund for those charges. All Details at the link below. "Customers will no longer be requested to provide proof of purchase for Joy-Con repairs. Additionally it is not necessary to confirm warranty status. If a customer requests a refund for a previously paid Joy-Con repair then a refund will be issued (with proof that the $40 was paid)."
