PRIZES: There will be fifty (50) First Prizes awarded in each First Prize Entry Period (#1 through #8, as detailed above) for a total of four hundred (400) First Prizes of a Harman Kardon® Citation ONE home Speaker. ARV of the First Prize is $199 each. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $79,600. Three (3) Grand Prizes (awarded in the Grand Prize Entry Period #9): Harman Kardon® Citation “Home Speaker Package” comprised of the following items: Harmon Kardon® Citation Tower (one (1) pair/two (2) speakers), Harmon Kardon® Citation Bar, Harmon Kardon® Citation Surround (one (1) pair/two (2) speakers), and a Harmon Kardon® Citation Sub. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,800 each. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $14,400. Total ARV of all prizes offered in the Sweepstakes is $94,000. Total number of prizes awarded for the entire Sweepstakes will not exceed four hundred and three (403). All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of qualified eligible Entries are received per Entry Period.
