PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"). The grand prize winner will receive one (1) $5,000 Cash Prize ("Grand Prize"). Two (2) first prize winners will each receive one (1) $250 The Home Depot e-Gift Card (each a "First Prize"). The gift card may be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the merchant issuing the gift card, including an expiration date. No more than three (3) prizes will be awarded. The aggregate ARV for all prizes is $5,500.
