General Prizing: General Prizing shall consist of the following:
(i) Hometown Screening Prize: There will be two (2) Hometown Screening Prizes, each of which shall consist of one (1) private screening of the Picture for up to fifty (50) of winner’s friends at a location in or near such Hometown Screening Prize winner’s place of residence (the “Screening”). The Screening must be scheduled through Sponsor, and the specific date, time and location of the Screening shall be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Final/absolute capacity of the Screening may be subject to location restrictions and may be less than fifty (50). In no event shall the Screening be scheduled later than December 31, 2019. The winner and guests are responsible for transportation to and from the Screening. Recording devices will not be allowed in the Screening. In the event that the Hometown Screening Prize winner or any of his or her guests engage during the Screening in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Screening early, and send the Prize winner and/or his or her guests home with no further compensation. In the event that the Screening does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons included but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of “Force Majeure” (defined below), or for any other reason, then in lieu of the Screening, the Hometown Screening Prize winner will receive one hundred dollars ($100.00), and such amount shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to such Hometown Screening Prize winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. The ARV of each Hometown Screening Prize is $100.00.
(ii) Personal Greeting Prize: There will be five (5) Personal Greeting Prizes, each of which shall consist of one (1) video personalized greeting recorded by certain cast members of the Picture (selected by Sponsor and subject to cast availability) that will be emailed to each Personal Greeting Prize winner. ARV of each Personal Greeting Prize is $0.
(iii) Dewars Bar Set Prize: There will be twenty (20) Dewars Bar Set Prizes, each of which shall consist of Dewars glassware (ARV of each is $395). The Dewars Bar Set does not contain any alcohol and is glassware-only.The total ARV of all Dewars Bar Set Prizes is $7900.
(iv) Signed Poster Prize: There will be twenty five (25) Signed Poster Prizes, each of which shall consist of one (1) poster for the Picture, signed by talent and/or filmmakers of the Picture, to be selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (ARV of each Signed Poster Prize is $10). ARV of all Signed Poster Prizes is $250.
(v) Movie Prize Pack: There will be fifty (50) Movie Prize Packs, the winners of which shall each receive one (1) package of promotional material for the Picture (ARV of $10). The total ARV of all Movie Prize Packs is $500.
(vi) Poster Prize: There will be five hundred (500) Poster Prizes, each of which shall consist of one (1) poster for the Picture (ARV of $1). The total ARV of all Poster Prizes is $500.
(vii) Movie Ticket Prize: There will be two thousand five hundred (2500) Movie Ticket Prizes, each of which shall consist of one (1) single ticket to the Picture, delivered by digital code redeemable via online ticketing service to be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, redeemable at participating theaters (ARV of $15). Total ARV of all Movie Ticket Prizes is $37,500.
Premiere Prizing: Three (3) Premiere Prizes are available. Each Premiere Prize consists a trip for Premiere Prize winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to attend a special advance screening of the Picture (the “Premiere”) in Los Angeles, California at a location, date and time to be determined by Sponsor, provided that the Premiere (and all travel associated with this Prize) shall occur by 12/31/2019. Each Premiere Prize will include: (i) tickets for Premiere Prize winner and Guest to attend the Premiere (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $40); (ii) round-trip coach airfare (on an air carrier to be selected by Sponsor) for Premiere Prize winner and Guest from the major airport nearest winner’s residence to travel to the location of the Premiere (ARV of $1,000.00); and (iii) hotel accommodation at a hotel selected by Sponsor (one (1) room; double occupancy and room tax only) for three (3) days and two (2) nights at or near the Premiere location (ARV of $1000.00). The total ARV of the each Premiere Prize is $2,040.00.
