Prizes: The verified grand prize winner of the Promotion (the "Grand Prize Winner") will receive a Cat branded Portable Generator, model number RP7500 E – EPA or RP7500 E - CARB (the "Grand Prize") with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $$1200 (EPA) or $1300 (CARB) and up to 25 verified second place winners (each a "Second Place Winner" and together with the Grand Prize Winner, referred to as the "Winners") will each receive a Cat CT2500 Tactical Light, (each a "Second Place Prize" and together with the Grand Prize, referred to as the "Prizes") with an ARV of $30 for an aggregate ARV of the Second Place Prizes of $750. The aggregate ARV of all Prizes to be awarded for the Promotion is $2,050.
