IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING THE FREE KONG BOX THAT I POSTED THE OTHER DAY!! This was a free box and supposed to be able to cancel for free. Now they are saying there is a charge for the box to cancel. Pretty shitty but it happens, this is life.
SO WHAT DO DO NOW? If you return the box to them there is no fee at all. Contact them here and let them know you are cancelling and returning the box. https://www.kongbox.com/pages/contact-us. Then What you do is deny the delivery and do return to sender. Basically when they try to deliver it to you just tell them you don't want it and to return it to the sender. WHAT IF THEY JUST DROP AT THE DOOR AND LEAVE? then DO NOT OPEN THE BOX (you can't do return to sender if you open it). Just keep it closed and when you see the carrier again you can give it to them and let them know to return to sender. If you opened it already just message me
