Fifty (50) First Place Prizes each consisting of one (1) $50 Live Nation® Concert Cash® Code (“Code”).
One (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) thirty (30) minute virtual meet and greet via video platform with Chris Lane (“M&G”) for one (1) winner and up to eight (8) friends. Date, time and video platform of M&G to be at Live Nation’s sole discretion and will occur no later than October 31, 2020. M&G to include: Chris Lane to answer pre-submitted and Live Nation approved questions from the winner; and a maximum of two (2) songs performed by Chris Lane at Chris Lane’s sole discretion. Winner will also receive one (1) $200 Jersey Mike’s gift card (“JM Gift Card”); and one (1) $200 Live Nation e-gift card ("LN Gift Card"). Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or Artist Chris Lane deems may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be unruly or disruptive, have violated any Live Nation policy or law, or may bring Live Nation or Artist Chris Lane into disrepute. If winner is unable or unwilling to attend the M&G on the determined date and time, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Live Nation. Resale of any element of the prize is prohibited. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand prize is: Four Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($400.00). Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.
