2. You can file a claim  if, at any time between January 1, 2019 to July 9, 2021, you purchased Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, Windex® Vinegar Glass Cleaner, Windex® Ammonia-Free Glass Cleaner, or Windex® Multi-Surface Glass Cleaner labeled “non-toxic”
3. Why the settlement? The lawsuit claims that the non-toxic labels on certain Windex® glass cleaners are false and misleading.  This Settlement reflects that this matter is being resolved through negotiation rather than a trial on the merits.
