1. This only works in the app, do not do it with your echo devices. You must do it through Alexa as described below, will not work any other way than the instructions listed below
2. Open the Amazon Shopping app or click here to download  or search the app store
3. On the top next to the search bar is the little Microphone Icon, click that to access Alexa.
