1. IT WORKS FOR PICKUP!!, even if the page says Dine in only. It works perfectly and nobody will have any problem ordering 
2. Click and sign up, do NOT have to have Tmobile to get it 
3. Click here, click log in and use the info you signed up with
4. Click rewards on the top. then click view reward on the free appetizer. Click redeem and choose whichever you want
5. Can only do one reward per order. so will have to do 3 separate orders to get all 3 items
6. At checkout choose store pickup (yes it says dine in only but it works fine for pickup)
7. IMPORTANT STEP. cannot check out with a zero balance so add a tip of any amount. Can be from one penny and up
8. Checkout and repeat to get the other items 
9. Use before March 1st! they expire on March 1st
