You can file a claim if between May 26, 2015 and today you purchased in the United States one of the Class Products: f Neutrogena® Ultra Sheer® Dry-Touch Water Resistant Sunscreen Lotion, Neutrogena® Sheer Zinc™ Dry-Touch Face Sunscreen Lotion, and Aveeno® Baby Continuous Protection® Sensitive Skin Sunscreen Lotion
3. Why the settlement? This lawsuit concerns claims that Defendant violated certain state laws and consumer protection statutes in connection with the sale, advertising, marketing, labeling, distribution, and manufacturing of the Products. The lawsuit alleged that the sale, labeling and marketing of Defendant’s Products were improper because certain sunscreen Products sold in the United States were allegedly contaminated with benzene. Defendant denies all these claims.
4. The claim period ends on 7/7/22, that means you will not hear back from them for AT LEAST A YEAR or usually 2 years. Please be patient, these things take a long time to make their way through the courts, but once it is settled you will get your money.
