Sponsor will determine in its sole discretion the individual(s) who sign the football and jersey prizes. Instant win prizes will be randomly disbursed among all entries during each Phase by Judges using a pre-set algorithm. Instant win prize winners will receive a confirmatory e-mail no more than five (5) business days after receipt of winning message on-screen. At Judges’ sole discretion, winners of instant win prizes may be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) within an indicated time period or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner at Sponsor's sole discretion. If winner of instant win prize cannot be located or does not respond to attempt to be notified within one (1) day, prize will automatically be forfeited. Unclaimed or forfeited instant win prizes may be awarded subsequently during the Sweepstakes, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning an instant win prize depend on myriad chance factors including the time of entry and the number of entries received during a given Phase. If, for any reason, more persons than the corresponding prize quantities in the chart above are notified that they won certain instant win prizes during a given Phase, a random drawing will be held to award only the indicated quantity of each affected instant win prize for that affected Phase, if not previously awarded, from among all legitimate, eligible entrants who received notification of winning such affected instant win prize in that affected Phase. Only the listed quantity of each instant win prize for each Phase is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. 5.
